Cerulean Creative is a boutique art studio specializing in custom illustration and original artwork. It celebrates the collaboration of art and science, the old and new, and bringing the outside in! Using a combination of traditional techniques and contemporary art, spaces become enlivened with illustrations, artwork, or living sculptures.

Owner; Cecelia is an artist most inspired by the outdoors, with both liquid and frozen water adventures a high priority. She mostly works in the 2D realm, but never stays in just one lane, especially if curiosity takes her down a winding and sometimes mysterious path. Formal training in both art, biology, and sociology make for an endless stream of exploration. She lives on the central coast of California with her significant other, son, 3 furry family members, and numerous plants camouflaging suburbia.
